Lenval are pleased to announce an extension to the services available to our clients. The upgrading of residential staircases to properties in Cambridge so that they comply with the new building guidelines.
New handrails and spindals are installed to ensure the safety of the stairs. Open plan steps are closed in for added safety.
Staircases that were a hazard are transformed with minimal disruption to tenant.
